Formed between the permanence of architecture and the changing rhythm of the coast, Sea Glass is a quiet composition of form, material and light, designed for time away. As construction progresses, the material language comes into focus. Grounded in off-form concrete, split-faced stone and textured render, the home balances coastal durability with a layered interior palette of walnut timber, flagstone and luminous finishes that respond to changing light.
